Alpha Epsilon Delta, a specialized network for pre-health students, is the largest honor society in the country with 200 chapters and over 250,000 members. We, the pre-health population of Utica College, recently established a chapter of this prestigious society in our institution. Alpha Epsilon Delta has made home in local universities, such as University of Buffalo and Cornell University. 

 

The demand of a society like Alpha Epsilon Delta is very high at Utica College, as we have over 800 pre-health peers in a variety of fields. Our college offers concentrations in Pre-Medicine, Dentistry, Optometry, and Pharmacy,  and offers early acceptance programs in Osteopathic Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Chiropractic Medicine, Dentistry, and Podiatry. Each of these programs hold their students to very high standards that match the standards of Alpha Epsilon Delta.

 

Our mission is to instill the appreciation and importance of gaining a pre-health education through guest speakers and community service. We also promise to promote communication among pre-health students, professionals, and educators, along with building lifelong friendships between peers with similar interests.
